Weddings and engagements
Place the QR code on table cards, at the entrance, or in the invitation so candid guest photos can sit beside the official images and tell a fuller story of the day.
Momentra
Momentra is a simple way to collect guest photos and videos: share one link or QR code, let everyone add their moments, and keep the complete organized collection visible only to you.
Memories from every point of view
At every wedding, birthday, party, or vacation, the best moments are not captured only by the official camera. A laugh across the table, friends getting ready, a view along the road, or a dance seen from the crowd often stays scattered across many phones.
Momentra brings those perspectives into one personal space. Guests enter a display name and share photos or short videos; instead of searching through group chats later, you receive a collection already organized by sender.
Momentra was designed for weddings, but it works anywhere several people capture the same experience from different points of view.
Place the QR code on table cards, at the entrance, or in the invitation so candid guest photos can sit beside the official images and tell a fuller story of the day.
From blowing out candles to unplanned moments between friends, everyone can send their photos and short videos into one collection for the host.
Every traveler notices something different. Momentra collects views from the road, scenery, and group moments from every phone so the travel album is not missing anyone's perspective.
For a graduation, anniversary, baby celebration, or family reunion, one simple link keeps memories from being left behind on a single person's phone.
The path from creating a space to downloading the memories is short, and guests do not need an account.
Create one shared account. After administrator approval, add the event date, names, and welcome message. The space opens at 00:00 on the event day and accepts guest uploads for 10 days.
Send the personal link with your invitation, or print Momentra's minimal QR card for the tables. A guest's phone camera takes them directly to the event page.
Each guest enters a display name and chooses photos or short videos from the camera or gallery. If the connection drops, the browser can keep a pending file for retry when storage allows.
Only the celebration owners see the complete gallery. They can browse by sender and download an organized ZIP. After 10 days guest uploads close, but the memories are not automatically deleted.
Personal memories deserve clear boundaries, so access, guest information, and stored files are deliberately limited from the beginning.
While a space is active, each guest sees only uploads from that same device. The complete collection belongs only to the celebration owners.
HTTPS protects the website connection, while photos, videos, previews, and ZIP archives are stored on the server using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption.
Guests need no account, phone number, or email. Only a display name is kept for sender attribution, and location metadata is removed from processed photos.
Platform administrators manage approval, capacity, status, and complete account deletion. Their dashboard cannot reveal the guest link, filenames, photos, videos, or ZIP archives.
These simple examples show the kinds of moments that often happen outside the main frame.
Friends capture the preparations, family catches the moments behind the scenes, and guests preserve the energy of the room. Later, the couple sees every perspective together.
Instead of asking for photos across several chats, the host shares one link and receives every moment in the same space with clear sender names.
From a train-window photo to a short video at the summit, everyone contributes a piece and the group keeps one organized record of the trip.
Short answers to the things worth knowing before creating your event space.
No. Guests arrive through the link or QR code, enter a display name, and upload their media. Momentra does not ask guests for a phone number, email address, or password.
While the space is active, each guest sees only uploads from their own device. The full gallery and ZIP appear only in the celebration owners' account, and application administrators cannot view the media.
Guest uploads close, but the files are not automatically deleted simply because the event period ended. The celebration owners retain access to their gallery and download.
Guests can choose photos or short videos from the phone camera or gallery. Each file may be up to 200 MB, videos may be up to 15 seconds, and images are processed for a practical balance of quality and size.
The application administrator cannot reach media through the dashboard or media routes. Because this is not end-to-end encryption, however, a technical operator with root or Docker control can technically access the server key.
Create a personal event space, share the QR code with your guests, and keep every perspective together in one organized collection.
